Hampden-Sydney had a solid outing at the Manor Resort on Monday and Tuesday tying for first place in the Hampden-Sydney Invitational. The Tigers tied Christopher Newport and Randolph-Macon with a two-day score of 649 for the first place spot in the 13 team event.
Hampden-Sydney was led by sophomore Ronnie Fultz (Fieldale, VA/Carlisle School) who finished second overall shooting a 154 (76-78). Just ten strokes behind Fultz was Curtis Tomlin (Mechanicsville, VA/Atlee) coming in tenth place individually.
